2016 Presidential candidates: (L-R) Sen. Grace Poe, Davao Mayor Rodrigo "Rody" Duterte, Vice President Jejomar Binay, Manuel "Mar" Roxas II, and Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago.

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — During the second presidential debate on Sunday (March 20), Vice President Jejomar Binay, Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, Sen. Grace Poe, and former Interior secretary Manuel "Mar" Roxas II were asked to raise their hands if they are for certain issues.
They were not allowed to expound on their stand.
Although she wasn't able to attend the debate, Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago expressed her views on the issues through her official Twitter account. She answered the first two issues, which was divorce and death penalty, but no tweet was sent regarding Ferdinand Marcos' burial in the Libingan ng mga Bayani.
